Black sesame bar production line is a series of equipment used for the continuous production of black sesame bars, usually consisting of the following main components.
Sesame Roaster: It is used to roast black sesame. For example, some roasters adopt infrared heating, with the pipe heaters radiating heat to roast the materials.
Sugar Cooking Pot: This equipment is used to boil sugar.
Temperature Control Mixer: After the sugar is boiled, it is mixed with roasted black sesame in the temperature - control mixer.
Automatic Forming Machine: The mixed black sesame and sugar mixture is formed into black sesame bars through the automatic forming machine.
Automatic Packing Machine: It is mainly used for the packaging of black sesame bars.

Characteristics
1-Feeding Hopper:It is used to feed the black sesame and sugar mixture into the machine, ensuring a smooth and continuous feeding process.
2-Roller:It can flatten the fed mixture to a certain thickness, laying the foundation for subsequent cutting.
3-Cooling Fans:Used to cool the mixture, reducing its temperature and making it easier to cut and form.
4-Cutters:The core component of the cutting machine, which can cut the flattened mixture into black sesame bars of the specified size. The shape and size of the cutters can be customized according to production needs.
